Do you love pumpkins? Do you love community? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are in need of volunteers for the Evans City PumpkinFest! You’ll get the opportunity to be a part of something truly special, and make lasting memories with your friends, family, and neighbors. Plus, we’re going all-out on this one—there will be live music, food and craft vendors, fun activities for kids and adults alike… even a pumpkin decorating contest! We’re so excited to have you help us make it happen!

Volunteer Opportunities

Welcome & Safety – The Welcome & Safety Crew greets and directs festival attendees and answers questions that visitors might have. You may also help if an emergency arises.

Site Crew – The Site Crew works in all phases of the event — pre-festival set-up, during the festival, and post-festival teardown and clean-up. Volunteers must be able to lift, carry, and perform other labor-intensive work, like setting up chairs and tables and emptying trash bins. 

Chinese Auction – We need volunteers to help set up the auction and sell tickets for some amazing donated prizes.

Media Crew – The Media Crew takes digital photos and records digital videos of each day’s festival activities. You must give blanket permission for the use of the photos and videos in print and on the website.

Performer Hospitality – The Performer Hospitality Crew ensures that performers have sufficient water, help to transition acts, and address any other performer concerns.
